POLICIES

Exchanges only. All sales are final and there are no refunds. Exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving your order and must be in original packaging, resell-able condition, and with copy of sales receipt. Include name, phone number, and reason for the exchange request. If approved, product will be exchanged as requested. Mail hair to us in a box from the USPS with signature confirmation to:

Once your exchange has been received, we will contact you by email within 24-48 hours via email to process your exchange. You are responsible for any exchange shipping unless NikkiNicole Virgin Hair was the party at fault.

Chemical alterations or any modifications made to the product after the sale, makes the guarantee null and void. We cannot accept and hair that has been installed or altered (brushed, combed, washed, or cut). Inspect your purchase when you receive it without unwrapping  the bundles or removing rubber bands to ensure the product is to your liking and you are satisfied with it. If you are not familiar with how the product is supposed to look or feel, please ask your stylists for their expertise. 

If in anyway it's determined that NIKKINICOLE VIRGIN HAIR is the faulting party, we will refund or exchange the product in question at no additional cost to the customer.
